If I were they, I would try to keep quiet for at least one day and they will see. The point is that - we should never make big decisions when we are very emotional; and that includes posting threats and/or insults over a social network like Facebook.
Ohh yes, social networking can be "lethal"... if used for "inappropriate" reasons...
